Glossary

The treatment plan and setting that infringe in the least possible degree with the rights of the patient to liberty and that are consistent with providing needed treatment in a safe and humane manner.

Any medical doctor or doctor of osteopathy who is either:
(a) Licensed in this state.
(b) A full-time hospital physician licensed in another state and serving on the staff of a hospital operated or licensed by the United States government.
